A new study reports that families eating a 100% organic diet rapidly and dramatically reduced their exposure to four classes of pesticides by an average of 60% over just six days. […] Focusing agriculture and food policies on the SDGs needs to be at the top of the agenda in order to accelerate the necessary shift towards more-sustainable food systems, which can be achieved via agroecology and organic farming.
